 My PC has been running slow, what causes this?

If all of a sudden you have noticed a decrease in your PC switching between applications or even surfing the web you may want to scan your PC for spyware and malware.  You can download a free scanner at www.lavasoft.com.

I downloaded a file and now I cannot find it?

While it is always best to make sure that you download your file into a folder location that you know about, you can use the windows search feature to find it.  Open My Computer, right click on your local drive and left click search.  Type the file name in the search field and click search.

Why will my printer not print?

Make sure that your printer has plenty of ink and toner. Check your printer cable connections.  Then turn off the computer and then the printer.  Next turn on the printer and then the computer and try to print.  If this does not work you may need to call a technician
